Acceptable advertising policy

Top Spot Marketplace and Surefire Marketing, Inc reserve the right to reject any listing. Surefire Marketing, Inc. & Top Spot Marketplace assumes no responsibility for its advertisers or their offers. However, to protect the reputation of Top Spot Marketplace Surefire Marketing, Inc and the security of its users, we enforce the following acceptable Advertising Policy.
By advertising with Top Spot Marketplace you agree NOT to submit content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, libelous, defamatory or harassing.
- Pornographic, sexual or otherwise not suitable for children.
- Misleading, deceptive or deceitful.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of another, including but not limited to copyright, trademark or patent rights of another.
- A pyramid scheme.
- Harmful or destructive to a person’s computer, including but not limited to viruses, trojans or other malware.
In addition, only one product, service or job is to be listed per each post and NO affiliate links. You must use a domain you control.
Top Spot Marketplace administrators will not knowingly approve advertising requests that violate these provisions. Payment will be immediately refunded if a listing submitted is in violation. However, if an advertisement is found to be linking to content that is later discovered to be in violation of this policy, we will terminate the listing without refund.
To report a violation of this policy, please submit a ticket at www.surefiremarketing.com/support Please be sure to submit any relevant details, including a screenshot of the offensive content. Top Spot Marketplace Surefire Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to update this acceptable advertising policy at its discretion and without notice or consideration.
